We Made It currently ships orders within Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing may take longer during:

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with options.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for:

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders must be picked up within 21 days unless arranged otherwise.
Fragile / Handmade Items
Many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or fragile. We package items carefully, but slight variations, natural imperfections, or packaging differences may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If the wrong address was entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will update the address.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
Returns on Shipped Items
Shipped items follow our standard Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by us.
Combining Orders
Orders cannot always be combined after checkout due to processing workflow.
Warm Weather / Meltable Goods (optional)
Certain items such as chocolates, wax melts, or heat-sensitive products may soften during transit. We Made It is not responsible for temperature-related changes once shipped.
