BEFORE YOU DROP OFF

DROP-OFF HOURS
Tuesday–Sunday • 11 AM–4 PM

NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY

Please allow approximately 15–20 minutes for your drop-off, especially during our busiest seasons.

Each consignor is limited to one drop-off per week.

YOUR ITEMS MUST BE:

  • Clean and freshly laundered
  • In excellent condition
  • Current in style
  • Appropriate for the current season
  • Free from rips and stains
  • Free from pet hair
  • Free from odours
  • Brought in on hangers
Everything must be on hangers.
Please have your clothing items hung and ready to go when you arrive.

Item limits may change throughout the year depending on season, inventory levels and available space.

You receive 40% of the final selling price when your item sells.

MONTHLY SALES REPORT You'll receive a monthly sales report showing your sold items and your earnings.
MONTHLY PAYOUT Payouts are made monthly, by the end of the following month.

We determine the selling price for each accepted item based on factors such as brand, condition, style, season and current demand.
