Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at We Made It. We’re excited to partner with makers, artisans, youth entrepreneurs, and small-batch product creators. By joining our community, you’ll gain exposure in a high-traffic, well-established retail space in Cobourg and Port Hope.

Our vendor application collects your business details, product photos, and proposed display layout, and also serves as your vendor agreement if approved.

How to Apply

Please ensure your application includes the following:

  • Clear photos of your products

  • A setup sketch or display layout

Applications without these items will not be reviewed.

Vendor Space Options

We offer a variety of vendor spaces across both Cobourg and Port Hope locations, with different plans depending on the season. Here are the current options:

  • Farmers Market (Winter/Spring): Enjoy an indoor space with heat, hydro, and Wi-Fi, available for Saturdays or weekends from now through May.

  • Summer Pop-Up: Showcase your products during the busy summer months, from June 1 – August 31, in a high-traffic location perfect for peak foot traffic.

  • Christmas 2026: Join us for the November & December holiday season – the perfect opportunity for holiday shoppers looking for unique gifts!

  • Regular Vendor Program: Available year-round, with flexible shelf or wall spaces tailored to different product types and sizes.

Space Plans

We offer a range of spaces to suit your needs:

  • Entry Shelf: Ideal for smaller displays or products

  • Showcase & Feature (2ft–5ft): Larger spaces for a more prominent presence

Application Process

To ensure we can best accommodate your needs, please review the details below:

  • New vendors must prepay the first 3 months of rent to secure their spot.

  • Applications are reviewed within 7-21 days, and an invoice will be sent upon approval. Payment is due within 2 days to confirm your space.
