In Tibet, the sound made from the bowl is called "Sound from Buddha". It can also be used for yoga, meditation, and chakra healing.
How to use it:
- Holding the bowl in the pal of your hand
- Relaxed & place the mallet firmly against the side of the bowl with your other hand
- Slowly and gently run the mallet around the edge of the bowl applying even pressure and gradually speeding up until you hear the bowl starting to sing
- Now try speeding up each stroke or applying more pressure to change the tone
